Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. They must inform us of their decision to cancel in a clear statement
via the contact form on our website or by replying directly to the order confirmation email received from us.
Unused items
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer.
- Please note that cutters represent a unique category of products that are non-returnable due to the associated hygiene risk.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in the United Kingdom. Instructions for product returns can be initiated by clicking here and completing the contact form.
- The returned items should reach our returns address within 14 days from the date the return process is initiated by the customer.
Faulty items
- Customers are required to clearly evidence any product fault within 30 days of delivery, by recording a video to demonstrate the problem. This evidence should be sent to us via the live chat feature on our website, Facebook Messenger or email. Please initiate this process by clicking here and completing the contact form.
- We will bear the cost of shipping the return item(s) to us for a full refund or in the alternative, offer replacement item(s) and bear the cost of shipping.
- Any product fault reported after 30 days from delivery, will be considered on a case by case basis.
After we receive and verify the returned goods as either unused or faulty, we will process a full refund for these items.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of the return acceptance.
